• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Log Data: IP address, access times, error logs

We use the information we collect to:

3.1 Between Hosts and Cleaners

When you connect with another user on Turn Mystr, we share necessary information to facilitate the working relationship:

• Hosts can see Cleaner names, contact information, and work history
• Cleaners can see Host names, property addresses, and cleaning instructions

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

• Stripe: Payment processing and Cleaner payouts
• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
• Vercel: Website hosting
• Resend: Transactional emails
• Twilio: SMS notifications (when enabled)

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails (payment confirmations, cleaning notifications, etc.).

We use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality. These cookies are necessary for the Service to work and cannot be disabled.
